Terms of Service

Synectis is a commerce operations platform for managing orders, inventory, customers, courier shipments and accounting records. Features are described on the website; some are marked as requiring configuration or coming soon and are not provided until they are available.

You must give accurate registration details and keep your credentials confidential. The organization owner is responsible for the people given access, the roles they hold, and the accuracy and lawfulness of the data entered. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not attempt to access other organizations’ data, probe or disrupt the service, overload it with automated traffic, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend an organization that puts the service or other customers at risk.

Plan prices on the website are proposed launch prices in PKR. Online payment and automatic subscription billing are not connected; plans are agreed with our team, and nothing is charged through the website. Plan limits on users, stores and monthly orders are enforced by the platform. Third-party providers you connect (stores, couriers, messaging) have their own terms and charges.

Your organization’s data remains yours. You allow us to process it to provide the service. Accounting entries and audit records cannot be edited once written; corrections are made by adding reversing entries. See the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may improve, change or retire features, and will try to give notice of changes that materially affect you.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, SmartNET Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from data you entered, courier or marketplace actions, or events outside our reasonable control. You remain responsible for checking figures before relying on them for tax or statutory purposes.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. We may update the terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. Questions can be sent through the contact form.
